Below deck, it has the largest cabin I've ever seen on a 31-foot boat. Large settee, V-berth and huge aft cabin for storage.
We've comfortably sailed this boat with our toddler all throughout the New York area, the LI sound and Block Island. But alas, we are having one more and are sizing up for our growing family.
Besides the engine, much of the important gear on this boat is new. There is easily $15k worth of upgrades to the boat.
