Household garbage service for trash collection days (Brooklyn)
If you’re looking for a responsible individual to take out your household garbage for trash/recycle collection days, look no further.
I am serving the following zip codes: 11201, 11215, 11217, 11232.
Garbage disposal for collection days – The rate of service frequency is twice per week.
A basic sweeping of the stoop/ building entrance (If applicable) and sidewalk in front of property would be included each time.
Rates are as follows:
1 to 3 Apt units $200 per month
4 to 5 Apt units $250 per month
*Trash/recycling bags must be provided by the person in charge.
Garbage will be handled the evening before the usual collection day.
Pictures will be taken each time and be sent via text to owner for confirmation of work performed.
Payment for services will be required on the 30th of each month (For February it would be on the last day of the month)
Mode of payments: Cash or Zelle only
These rates would apply only to residential units
I am open to additional duties for an extra reasonable cost such as painting, vacuuming, minor wall repairs, Airbnb cleaning.

-Lint clogs for dryers -Sink clogs and leaks
