The frame is made in US sturdy aluminium (which won't rust) with a steel form, and it's big enough for people over 6 feet tall (suitable for 5'11" to 6'2", although if you're shorter, but have long legs, it's great). Has mounting points for a water bottle holder, fenders, and bike racks. Extremely durable, perfect for commuting but also more than fast enough to pleasure ride.
Has 27 1/4" wheels with brand new tires and tubes, brand new bottom bracket, and a brand new chain, over $200 in parts and labor value alone. Also has a beefed up front brake and newer, extra comfortable brake levers with hoods so they don't cut into your hands when pedaling standing up, another 100+ in parts and labor value. The seat post has built in rails with micro angle adjust to get you the perfect seat angle, and the current seat is very plush and comfortable for long rides. The drive train runs unbelievably smoothly with cleaned jockey wheels, replaced and cleaned cassette, and tuned shifting courtesy of expert mechanic Bicycle Johnny (https://www.bicyclejohnny.com/). Does not come with the Kryptonite Keeper bike lock and mount, but would gladly throw it in for $45.
The bike is in perfect condition, is an absolute pleasure to ride, and needs absolutely no service. The only reason I'm selling it is I don't have space to keep it around.
