Seems to have mounts for rear rack! No bottle cage mount though.
Comes as-is, feat.:
-chain guard;
-brand-new brake pads;
-Locking skewers for wheels (Pinhead) & anti-theft protections for seat.
Last serviced about two years ago. Back tire might need new tube. Otherwise, in excellent shape!
