This is a great, good looking, lightweight, street legal, neighbourhood, shopping/errands bike.
I wouldn't sell it, but wolves will be wolves. [woe is me]
The ideal pedal assist e-bike, its rated 18 mph –it'll go faster if you go downhill... or pedal (!)
18+ mph doesn't sound like much, but its enough to keep up with traffic on the Aves. {[wear your helmet]}
Its not a mountain bike. The battery is in the body, no add-on-scab ugly & heavy battery. Full charge goes about 25 miles -conservative riding.
people say, range 25 miles? is that all? Well, its plenty for me to do all my errands all day back&forth here in the slope. I got another TEMU cheap-o special (haha) heavier duty 'mountain' bike for trips to Manhattan, so actually this one has just been sitting in the back room for months –battery maintained properly. Just got it out to test it. Rode it less than 50~60 miles. -so nice!
Paid $381, tax all-in, in July. Same/similar model now listed at TEMU/Amazon/Wallmart [black Friday prices] for less, but they are mostly sold out. Ones actually available are around $450.
