Super Action Burger is ”America’s only sci-fi bar, comic book and free retro video game themed restaurant.” We’ve been in business for the past 14 years. Super Action Burger is the Dave and Busters of retro video games. The goal is to turn super Action Burger into Sci-fi/sports bar, comic book and free retro video game themed family restaurant. Sport games at every table, retro games and birthday party headquarters.
Super Action Burger is about “Remembering your 80s and 90s childhood with Nostalgia, action figures, TV shows, movies & over 50k of free retro video games”. The theme switched after pandemic to remembering child hood memories to bring in multiple generations of clients.
I’m looking for a partner because the restaurant has a lot of potential. The problem now is myself and my wife are running the restaurant ourselves. We don’t have time to do over 25 things to make the restaurant very profitable again. I want the restaurant to be the Dave and Busters of retro video games.
Think about this for the next Super Action Burger in a place like central New Jersey, Las Vegas, Florida, Pa or California near big colleges. A bar/restaurant with a downstairs and upstairs. Ground level, you can eat and play video games at every table and watch sports games. Upstairs has more video games, but party areas, for dancing, clubbing and drinking. Led lights everywhere and super hero statues around the restaurant. A nostalgia train going around the entire restaurant. Photo booths for people to take photos with and a DJ playing music. Something like this doesn't exist anywhere. Then have our super hero characters dressed up in costume with customers socializing. Anyone with a birthday within 50 miles will come for their special event. Super hero movies playing on all the big screens and sports games. We can bring back super hero weddings (where people get married in super hero outfits). There is alot of money to be made with this restaurant concept. I have the plan to make it happen with the right open minded partner.

- 1 cash kiosk and 2 CC kiosk to reduce labor. No need for a cashier. Customers order here, exactly how McDonald’s customers order. Most customers are trained to order at kiosk and then go play the free video games. This system helps a lot when its busy and keeps the labor down.
- Reduced staff to just 2-3 people to run a 40–50-person restaurant. 1 Cook/prep person. 1 Bartender/Manager/server, this system has been working for the past 5 years. Deliveries are outsourced to third party. Busboy, waiter, server and dish washer are not needed. When it’s super busy, a third person can assist. Currently running restaurant at 0 labor, just me and my wife. One person can run restaurant when its slow. I've done it myself in the past.
In this ad, I’m looking for one of two things:
1. To sell the entire restaurant 100% ownership to someone with liquor license $400k. 100% RESTAURANT FOR SALE – $400k. Comes with 4am liquor license that doesn’t need to be renewed until October 2027. You can keep the same name to restaurant and keep all the equipment. I’m just not in a rush to sell the entire restaurant. I prefer to find a partner first. Two-three owners are needed for a restaurant like this.
2. Looking for a 50% partner to expand the brand/restaurant to the next level. I know how to do it I just need a partner to see the same vision to do it together. We can restaurant chain, franchise and food truck in the future. In 1-3 years, we can try out for the tv show Shark Tank “again”.
