They are not in the best shape but still usable and your kid was just going to beat it up anyway so save your money and buy it used.

It’s perfect for a Brooklyn backyard and comes apart into small, light sections so easy to get through the doorways to the backyard.
This play structure sells new for $1300 after tax and shipping. We are selling ours for $800 and it is still in very good shape, nothing broken or damaged. It could use a few extra bolts (which you can get for a few bucks at a hardware store) though it works fine and is totally solid without them.
It comes fully apart into sections which are easily moved by one person and can fit in a minivan or a smaller car if you make a couple trips. It’s also somewhat flexible so if you need to remove a slide or the steps to make it fit in your space,
that is possible.
