I bought this for our block party, but due to a miscommunication it turned out it was not needed. No problem, I thought- I never opened it, I’ll simply return it for a full refund. But I failed to notice when I ordered it that Amazon will not take returns on this item due to ‘hazardous materials regulation’.
So I’m hoping someone else will want it - I’m listing it at a small discount (I paid $83.99) but rest assured it is 100% brand new and factory sealed. I only opened the shipping box to take a picture. Comes with the 14.9 cu.ft helium tank, a bag of 50 balloons, a balloon tying tool, a carrying bag and white curling ribbon.
