The first space is a large corner space for $600. The space is ideal any kind of artist!
The second smaller space is $350 and pictured in the final photo as the area with the large painting by the window divided by blue tape (the left side is occupied by a jeweler). Space is approx 50 square feet.
In addition to your own personal section, renter will have full access to a large communal area containing a large center island, as well as a polishing wheel, tumbler, and ultrasonic. Renters are welcome to store some tools / items in common area.
Room also contains a slop sink, ventilation, free Wifi, and utilities are minimal (occurs on a bi-annual basis and are very low). The studio is located in a nice, secure, well-run building filled with other art studios. Building also has a secure mailroom with keycard access, freight elevator, and temporary parking with loading dock access.
