Vintage Japanese Kutani Jurojin Old Man Statue 11.75” Tall Figurine
The most handsomeand dignified vintage Kutani, Jurojin figurine in superb condition.
Jurojin is a Japanese deity credited with longevity and wisdom. Mine is the most attractive version of this character. It is painstakingly hand painted in white, blue and browns and glazed. The figure measures approximately 11.75” tall and is quite heavy. Has the original stamp mark on the bottom. See the photos

You can check many listings and look at the numerous similar figurines available. NONE are even close to as attractive as mine. The faces are usually either a) peculiar or exaggerated, or b) painted with poorer colors, or c) very basic, lacking details. NONE are even close to as attractive as mine.
