Beautiful leather & hide doctor's bag w/ brass fixtures & interior zip pocket w/ cloth liner. It also has round brass buffers on the bottom.I purchased this in Antibes, France from a high end vintage bag/purse store. I used it for year's as a carry-on but now I have another.

Measurements are 19" L x 16" H x 6 " D. It's in good condition but shows decent signs of wear. When I purchased it, they said it was from the 1920's but I don't know. I also don't know what kind of fur it is, I think possibly French stag or Fallow deer.

There is a metal lock which closes securely but the key is missing.

There are somewhat similar listings on the internet for up to $1,200 and I purchased this one for considerably more in Euros.

The stitching has come undone on the bottom left side but the inner liner is in tact. I think a decent cobbler could sew it easily.
