"Sea Maidens" unique crystal vase was Created by Artist Erte (Russian Art-Deco painter 1892 - 1990) in collaboration with Baccarat the world's premier house of luxury crystal. First of six in the Baccarat-Erte' collaboration, The handcrafted Sea Maidens luxury crystal vase was made in 1985 in a limited edition of only 199 pieces. Baccarat hand engraved Name on the side of the Vase and Baccarat acid stamp in the bottom of the vase, The hand-crafted Sea Maidens luxury crystal vase is adorned with judiciously sculpted gilt bronze twin mermaid handles with Baccarat hand-blown, hand-cut and -polished crystal vase insert, which are attached to either side by two flared seashells. This beautiful luxury vase requires over 100 separate steps for its creation, the vase is true unique art piece and has such dimensions: 13 1/4″H x 13 1/2″W. Excellent pre-owned condition, was stored for years. Great Collector's Item.
