I've had this painting for 11 years. I must downsize by October 1 and this is too large for our space at this time. Unsure about title. Not much else known other than the following:

Original, Signed Framed / hanging hardware on back
Condition: Excellent: no damage whatsoever to the painting. The frame has minimal hairline scratches but really nothing much.
If unsold by October 1 this painting will be packaged and taken to a storage facility in Red Hook. At this time, it's hanging up in a clean/dry place in Brooklyn zip 11221. Either pick up location would be low maintenance for the buyer. It is not heavy, but you'll need to have a van/SUV for it to fit.
