This 19th floor corner apartment is located prime Prospect heights, just off of Vanderbilt Ave. Super close to the 2,3, B,Q, trains, and a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Terminal (and all the trains and the LIRR there). It feels like you're in a quiet corner in the middle of everything.
Super convenient - There's a new dishwasher and washer-dryer in unit. The bathroom is large and luxurious. The building has a 24hr doormen and a mailroom too.
Most impressively, there's a beautiful commercial gym downstairs (Chelsea Piers Fitness), where you don't have to leave the building to enter. (There's a big discount for residents.)
Our favorite thing is our view of Downtown Brooklyn and Downtown Manhattan from the living room, as well as from the bedroom. The unit has very high ceilings and the apartment is generally perfect for a couple, or one person who likes lots of space.
This is just a three-year-old building, and we have been the only tenants in this unit. We've taken great care of it, and we've loved it. Unfortunately, have to move out of state for personal reasons.
We've furnished it well with some belongings we love (couch, bed, dresser, barstools, desk, large mirror) and would be happy to pass on to you for free. (And some other items for below market.)
