I'm giving up this awesome apartment because my girlfriend and I are moving in together into a larger place. It's a really nice apartment with amenities at a great price on a cute block in Crown Heights!
The apartment is $3,650 gross, but there's a free month remaining on the lease (Jan 2026). ~$3,195 net.
This is a lease takeover (requires tenant approval) through the end of May 2026. Management has also told me that they won't raise prices beyond 2-3% of gross at renewal. You also have the option to just sign a new lease instead of taking over my lease, but you'll lose out on the free month that I have.
