You have Variety coffee within spitting distance, plus a variety of fun bars in walking distance (Abe’s Pagoda, Lou’s, Turbo Pizza, Honore Club, Carmelo’s…need I go on?). This is truly a lively, fun neighborhood. Basically, your only challenge is finding the discipline to stay in. I should know—I live right down the street, and I’m obsessed!! 🤩
All three bedrooms are currently available. Each get a private FULL bath. Two are back facing, with access to the backyard. The third faces the street. All are equally sized, and equally priced.
