This Cobble Hill location is excellent for access to the F train, Court Street, and all the features of this wonderful neighborhood. Cobble Hill really is a quintessential Brooklyn neighborhood, with great shops, good access to Manhattan, and a nice relaxing place to be after a day at work. Clinton Street is a very quaint and beautiful tree-lined street, very relaxing for an evening or weekend walk. This lovely apartment is a Duplex unit at the Parlor and Garden level, with an additional storage and private laundry in the basement. You also get your own private backyard.
The apartment is entered from the Garden level, where you have a nice-sized living room with a working fireplace.
