I'm looking for a couple with good credit to take over my rent November 1st. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Brooklyn, Fort Greene.
I am planning to move out and unable to take my furniture with me. Through me, your rent will be $2500/m and no deposit. I am asking $8000 for the furniture and many other items. Please note that these are antique furniture and designer features, and 9x12 Persian antique rug. This is not a move out sale, I am moving out only if someone buys everything in it.
High ceilings, 2 fireplaces, large walk in closet, big kitchen, large living room, large dining room.
Everything you need is in 5 minutes walking distance including many subway lines and LIRR.
I also made updates in the apartment at my own expense, time and energy.
If you decide to move out one day, you can do the same and sell everything so you can get your money back. It's basically like a cheap rent for high "deposit"
You'll save up a lot of money on the rent.
My attorney prepared an agreement, it will be done legally with a signed document.
The price is not negotiable, sorry.
