After 14+ years in this apartment, we’ve finally outgrown it and it is time for a new steady tenant for our one-bedroom apartment in a clean and quiet building in the middle of Bed-Stuy.

B38 (to Fort Greene/Clinton Hill and Downtown Brooklyn) stops on our block. B43 to Lefferts Garden/Prospect Park on the corner with Tompkins and B43 to Greenpoint on the corner with Throop. Apartment is on the 4th floor in the rear of the building (very little noise from traffic on Dekalb Avenue comes through) with windows overlooking gardens in the middle of the block with lots of trees (and birds), and a fire escape by the living room windows so you can get some fresh air or catch some sun. All current tenants in our building are young working people with busy schedules. Super quiet building. No smoking, no dogs.
