Hello! We are looking to fill a private room in our 4-bedroom, 2 bath in Crown Heights/Prospect Heights. The room is available now, looking to fill quickly.

Preferred long-term lease takeover, open to short-term.

-Comes fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress and TV

-Location: Three blocks from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. Two blocks from the 2/3 train, one block from bars and restaurants on Franklin
-Laundry in the building
-The building has a fully furnished rooftop

Current roommates are 3 guys in our mid/late twenties. The house is quiet most of the time; we are generally out on the weekends and occasionally work from home. Don't mind some noise, we keep it relaxed in the house. Friends and guests are always welcome to come over.
