We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager Assistant to join our team. This position is full-time and in-office and requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the property manager with daily administrative tasks
• Manage tenant communications via phone and email
• Enter and update tenant and property information in Rent Manager
• Track rent payments and assist with account updates
• Prepare notices, letters, and reports as needed
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Assist with lease documentation and renewals
• Support general office operations
Requirements:
• Required experience using Rent Manager software
• Must live in Brooklyn/ SPANISH SPEAKING IS A +
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Prior property management or real estate office experience preferred
