Rent a country cottage for the summer. The cottage is a 2-3 BR with 2 full baths Chalet style on 1.5 acres. The backyard is the 55,000 acre Palisades State Park; go hiking from your backyard. If desired, the cottage may also be available during the off season on weekends and vacations. The home is near the small town of Suffern with a farmers market on the weekend. The home is close enough to the city (maybe about 30 miles) to easily go back and forth as needed but rustic and situated in the trees to feel very far away from city life.
