Cash Register Express, a point of sale system to replace cash registers in retail stores and Restaurant Pro Express, the # 1 rated point of sale system for restaurants, are designed and developed by PC America (www.pcamerica.com.) Currently we have an opening for a Support Technician. Weekend availability is also required.

Requirements
• Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Windows
• Must have knowledge and ability to setup a basic LAN
• Problem solving skills and ability to work alone or in a team
• Ability to communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail
Responsibilities
• Provide support on software and hardware to customers via telephone, e-mail and instant messenger
• Install systems for customers on-site
• Provide over the phone training to new customers
- Location: Pearl River, NY
- Compensation: The support technician is a full time position with an annual salary of $ 30,000. There are also benefits which include health and dental insurance plans and a 401K investment option.
