Executive Assistant
Work at home office of high-level executive couple in northern Westchester County. 30-hour work week, flexible hours, possibility of working part time from home. Good salary.
Job entails handling administrative and financial details, and dealing with people. Specifically:
* Invoicing, bill-paying, detailed monthly budget preparation and reporting.
* Arranging and scheduling all details of meetings, complex travel, social appointments, all of which change repeatedly.
* Maintaining extensive contact information, health insurance administration, some filing, general office managment.
Must know Quickbooks and Excel, understand book-keeping, have working knowledge of electronic office equipment. Minimum 10 years experience, in business or not-for-profit -- in organizing people, scheduling meetings and travel, keeping within budget.
For this job you must be:
* Extremely well organized,
* Obsessive about details,
* Able to juggle multiple on-going tasks,
* Comfortable with constant phone contact and scheduling.
* A mature person, who likes people.
