The responsibilities include preparing design development and construction drawings from schematic design drawings and inputting existing conditions into AutoCAD. The position also involves corresponding with local building departments and client contact.

Qualifications include excellent drafting skills in AutoCAD, degree in architecture, minimum of two years experience preparing construction documents preferably in a high-end residential firm.
