A fun way to experience wellness for the mind and body while improving your dance skills. Dance classes by Broadway dancer/choreographer/educator Linda Sabatelli-Carelli.
Linda was in the original Broadway cast of the late Gower Champion's production of "42nd Street." She has also worked with Broadway choreographers, Wayne Cilento, and the late Thommi Walsh, Michael Bennett and Gregory Hines.
Linda has choreographed and appeared as a featured dancer in several of Woody Allen's films. She was nationally recognized in the commercial industry as a principal dancer/choreographer/ spokesperson for Dr. Pepper, MacDonald’s & Wendy’s. Her TV credits include the Tony Awards, and assistant choreographer for the 61st Annual Academy Awards.
Schedule of classes is as follows:
Tuesday 10:30am - 12noon Intermediate Jazz at "Dance Emotions" in Chappaqua
Tuesday 12noon - 1pm Intermediate Tap at "Dance Emotions" in Chappaqua
Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm Intermediate/Advanced Tap at "Mt. Kisco Athletic Club" in Mt. Kisco
Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm Intermediate/Advanced Jazz at "Mt. Kisco Athletic Club" in Mt. Kisco
Classes emphasize technique and choreography and include warm-up, across the floor and combination with a variety of styles.
