Job Details and Responsibilities:
• Manage key accounts
• Examine cost, inventory and product utilization data with customers
• Develop relationships with key decision makers within the healthcare community through participation in linen committee meetings and linen awareness programs
• Participate and set account installations and appropriate schedules with new account administration, departing vendors, and plant production staff to ensure a smooth transition
• Achieve profit and loss objectives; controls costs; uses financial analyses; operates within budget guidelines
• Review and interpret reports; probes, audits and examines new information; uses information to improve performance
• Create presentations and linen utilization reports
• Review service agreements and renews contracts

Qualifications:
• Solid history of experience in service/operations environment a plus (3 -5 years)
• Extremely motivated and enjoys the fast paced environment of traveling directly to customer sites on a daily basis
• Competent in writing business letters, price quotations and proposals Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has the solid ability to develop relationships with accounts and on site staff
• Is proactive with customer retention - shows passion, energy and commits
• Treats business as his/her own
