Job Details and Responsibilities:
Manage key accounts
Examine cost, inventory and product utilization data with customers
Develop relationships with key decision makers within the healthcare community through participation in linen committee meetings and linen awareness programs
Participate and set account installations and appropriate schedules with new account administration, departing vendors, and plant production staff to ensure a smooth transition
Achieve profit and loss objectives; controls costs; uses financial analyses; operates within budget guidelines
Review and interpret reports; probes, audits and examines new information; uses information to improve performance
Create presentations and linen utilization reports
Review service agreements and renews contracts
Qualifications:
Solid history of experience in service/operations environment a plus (3 -5 years)
Extremely motivated and enjoys the fast paced environment of traveling directly to customer sites on a daily basis
Competent in writing business letters, price quotations and proposals Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has the solid ability to develop relationships with accounts and on site staff
Is proactive with customer retention - shows passion, energy and commits
Treats business as his/her own
