Here are the specs: Apartment: This is a two bedroom, two bath apartment. It is 1250 square feet. It is a brand new condominium with 9 1/2 foot ceilings and windows EVERYWHERE. The master bedroom is a suite, and the bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub as well as double sinks. There is an office/guest room, and large living space that includes a dining area, 2nd bathroom (with shower/tub), entryway, and a very large kitchen. The kitchen has a sub-zero refrigerator, viking stove, microwave, dishwasher. And there is a separate closet for the bosch washer and dryer. It is on the 21st floor and has spectacular views from north of Time Warner center to pretty far south to Chelsea, to all along the fabulous sunset on the Hudson. We have a 100 square foot balcony. Check out 10wea dot come for more details. Furnishings: The apartment is designed in a grounded modern style, with emphasis on colors throughout. There is also a palpable sense of sleek technology. There are LCD monitors throughout the apartment that operate the hidden audio/video equipment. We have bluray, playstation 3, apple Tv, and high-def DVR. There is a movable 46 inch screen in the livingroom, and 40 inch in the bedroom (37 in the office, 19 in the kitchen.) There is high-speed wireless internet as well. There is plenty of desk space for those needing to work. There is a very nice Yamaha U1 Piano, and a queen-sized Room and Board pullout bed in the office. The furniture is all very comfortable and our stuff from pans to bedding consists of respectable higher end brands. Each room is has automated remote control shades to help with the sun, and the 2 bedrooms have blackout shades as well. The balcony has outdoor carpeting, some plants, and two swivels chair to do the crossword and drink your coffee. (We have a nice coffee grinder and coffee maker too!) Building: There is a high-end gym on the first floor with lots of light. There are personal TV's in addition to the big screens, and all the equipment is very new. Also, we have a two-lane heated pool that rarely gets used (also on the first floor.) We have a doorman and front-desk attendant, as well as indoor parking in the basement. Rates are around $25 a day, but I'd have to check to be sure. There is a large parking lot directly across the street that I believe is cheaper. This apartment is located one block from the big bike path. There is a bike room on the first floor with 2 good hybrid bikes. Location: We are at West End between 59th and 60. It is three crosstown blocks from Columbus Circle, Central Park, The subways 1,D,F,A,C,E, and Whole Foods and Time Warner Center. Lincoln Center is about 5-8 minutes walk, to the Upper West Side restaurants, about 12, to the Hell's Kitchen restaurants, about 10, and to Times Square, where I work, about 20. Riverside Park South is all new and bustling this year, and is very close as well.

We are looking to do a non-simultaneous swap for our place on the NH/VT border (or you can also rent it). We will be away from Nov. 20-29, so you can stay at our place for any part of that time. We are a couple in our 30s and our 3.5 yr old son and typically go to New York several times a year (usually home swaps!), so we can hopefully work out a time for us to visit too. We may also need a swap over Christmas, so if that timing works better for you, let me know!

Our place: A beautiful, typical New England house with 5 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen with all the facilities (including dishwasher and washer-dryer in the basement) and hardwood floors. One of the bedrooms is currently set up only as a study, but the other rooms sleep 8 people total. The dining room opens out onto the backyard so you can enjoy your morning coffee, watching the wild turkeys running around (they're everywhere right before Thanksgiving!) or the snow come down in the backyard (and yes, we usually get at least one snowfall by Thanksgiving). Our street is very quiet and residential, but we are located about a 5 minute walk from the village green, and a couple of blocks from a little cafe, a fresh bagel place, a bookstore and a couple of restaurants. We're also a longish walk (I've done it in the snow) or a very short drive from a wonderful gourmet grocery store (think a slightly lower priced Balducci's - they will cater a Thanksgiving meal, if you don't feel like cooking). Short drive to Dartmouth skiway/Killington (we're on the NH-VT border), walk to ice skating on Occom Pond and snow shoeing in the woods. We also have plenty of New England guidebooks which you can use to explore our beautiful area.

Marseille is also well situated to go visit the "C�te d'Azur" ( St Tropez, Cannes, and Nice which are only a few hours from Marseille) , or cities as Aix en Provence,or Avignon which are a few minutes from Marseille. My apartment is located in a very new private residence witha private park, in a quiet neighbourhood. It has 1 bedroom, a big living room, a very nice kitchen with a bar, and a very large balcony.It is very lightly, modern style furnished. Public transports are just accross the street.
I've already made several swaps last year and I really loved it.

my apartment is really nice, it's a studio but a big one (42 yd2) with a balcony and separate rooms for the kitchen (with fridge, cooker, etc), the bathroom (with bathtub) and the toilets (with... toilets). it's located in one of the up and coming neighborhoods of the city (near Gambetta, Menilmontant, Oberkampf, Belleville)and it's a 15 min metro ride from the very center. A New York equivalent would be Williamsburg, i guess.

I'm a very clean, reliable person, i've studied at NYU for a year in 2007 so i already know my way around NY.

Hola,
I am looking to exchange our 2br apt in the Lower East Side (Manhattan) for a place in South of Spain close to the coast if possible (Sevilla, Granada, Huelva, Cadiz..) from December 23rd to January 4th or 5th.

The apartment is furnished with one full size bed in each bedroom. In the living room is a sleeper sofa that folds out to nearly a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. The living room has a 27 inch TV with cable, high speed internet is provided, and windows are present in both bedrooms, the living room, the bathroom, and kitchen, which gives the apartment a lot of light. The kitchen has gas stoves and an oven, a full-size refrigerator, and cabinets equipped with some pots, plates, and utensils.

Walking distance to Soho, the East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, Nolita, etc. Only 1 block from the closest subway (F or V train to Delancey Street or the J, M, or Z line to Essex Street) and convenient located near many restaurants, stores.

My boyfriend and I are visiting NYC for the first time January 2-8! Is your apartment available for some responsible tenants (we're law students for goodness's sake)! I posted to manhattan because I don't know anything about new york, so convince me that your apartment is in a relatively safe area within a mile of public transportation. Again, I live in DC, I'm not going to cry if I see homeless people or there is a broken street light, but NYC is a little intimidating for a first timer!

Swap our two bedroom apartment in Washington, DC near the Verizon Center (Chinatown/Gallery Place neighborhood). I regularly ride my bike down to the Jefferson Monument and the other monuments are about a mile's walk. Also, we are 2 blocks from a Metro station on the yellow (airport), green (maryland) and red (dupont circle/adams morgan) line.
