Dec 1st Room Sublet - Really Cute 2br. Apt with everything you need (Harlem / Morningside) $880 1bd

I'm moving back to Toronto, Canada and I am hoping to rent out my room for the next 5 months starting December 1st. I have lived here for a year and half and think that it would be a great place for someone if they are just moving to New York or anyone looking for a little bit more space in Manhattan. The lease ends on May 1st and you are more than welcome to sign the lease with my roommate if you plan to stay longer. The apartment is really cute. It was renovated about a year and a half ago and we were the first to live in it. We've kept it really clean and take good care of it, so you would be moving into a nice place. The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the person who owns the apartment beside my room is only there for about 1 week per month so it is nice and peaceful. It is fully equipped with:

WASHER AND DRYER - which is a life saver

New stainless steel stove, fridge and dishwasher

lots of cupboard space

brick wall entrance

hard wood floors

two windows in the living room, one in each room and a window in the bathroom

TV in the living room

All the pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc that you'll need.

We have a really nice wooden kitchen table and nice furniture which makes the apartment very welcoming and comfortable.

My room is very large. I have a huge closet which has a shelf area up top for storage and there is also an additional storage space above that, that fits 3 big suitcases. I currently have a chest of drawers, a mirror, a shelving unit, a queen size bed, a big area rug and a fan and there is still a lot of space to move around. I am selling all of the furniture for 200 dollars which is in great condition (the bed is also very comfy, i am sad to be leaving it behind). Two additional shelves with rod iron hooks are also included, but I haven't put them up yet.

My roommate is great! She has lived in New York for close to three years and is a dancer so she is always out and about at different dance or yoga classes, but loves to come home and cook or bake with a glass of wine and a great movie. She is really generous and respectful of personal space. I'm really hoping to find a nice roommate for her, preferably female in her mid twenties to mid thirties.

The apartment is located just off of Convent Avenue at 150th which is a nice, quiet street. The A, C, D, B trains are a 5 minute walk away and the 1, 2, 3 trains are a 10 minute walk. It takes 15 minutes to get to mid town and i make it to work in 25-30 minutes which is at 29th and 6th. Getting downtown is really quick as well because the trains are express so getting to W4th or 14th street is about 30 minutes too. There are two grocery stores in the neighbourhood and a Whole Foods at 97th which is a really quick trip. There is also a newly renovated New York Sports Club, a dunkin' donuts and starbucks just around the corner.

Rent is $880 per month and the deposit is $900 which has to be paid with the first month�s rent and the utilities are about $25 per month.
