Rockport is looking for a Store Manager in our Staten Island Mall location. In this role, you will maximize sales and profitability of the Rockport store; lead the store team; motivate; coach and develop store employees; assist your SM in developing best practice standards within the store; positively represent the Rockport brand.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage all store operations, including, but not limited to:
• Sales costs and profitability
• Maintain customer service standards
• Development of the management team
• Product presentation and merchandising standards
• Store controls
• Recruiting and staffing
• Effective store communications
