<description><![CDATA[I have approved Auto Dealer locations available. I will rent each location on a first come first served basis. Become your own boss and become a used car dealer. Buy, sell, trade. License valid anywhere and at any auction. Please leave me your number if I do not answer, I will return your call as soon as possible. Rent for each location is $ 1,600.00 per month plus 1 month security. There will also be a one time administrative set up fee. I will assist you in obtaining your license, such as getting an attorney to set your corporation, phone etc. You will be required to go though a 12-hour training course to get your certificate. Ultimately it will be YOU who dictates how quick you get licensed because it's up to YOU to submit your application. Licenses are normally issued within 3 - 5 weeks again it's up to you to submit a complete application. I can only assist so much the rest is up to you.

For clarification purposes: 

This is NOT like the 330 Commerce and/or Cherryhill locations in NJ. I have offices/locations that have been approved by DMV. I have been getting numerous amount of calls inquiring if this is the same operations as the 2 locations mentioned above. Simply put the answer is NO. I know all about the 2 locations above. I have over 20 years experience and for those who are serious, in need of or just want to get a license and make $$$ buying, selling, wholesaling, retailing etc... it will be my job to assist you in obtaining a license. 

Should you want something like the 330 Commerce/Cherryhill the "NJ deal" please call them.

The offices that you will be leasing are NOT in a gaint wharehouse, made of out of a plywood cubical, with a plywood desk, chicken wire for a ceiling etc......

Answers to some of the basic questions are as follows:

Insurance costs   pending your credit $ 1,800 - 2,500.00/year w/5 plates
Bond              pending your credit     600 - 750/year
Yearly class                              425
This is a reassignment state (no need to retitle titles as in PA.
Rent              1,600/monthly plus 1 month secruity & 1 time office set up fee
Corporation       400 - 550 pending who you choose to do you corp.
If you are on top of you game and get things done timely you should be licensed within a few weeks.... again its up to you as I mentioned above.

The above mentioned fees are what you will be expect to pay, can not be more honest.
