Profile:

The Infoplace USA® Team Lead and Team Member primary role is to ensure that every customer visiting the service Booth receives the highest quality services available.

Duties:

Provide information concerning mall gift card
Process gift card transactions
Assist customers with various ancillary purchases
Qualifications:

Strong customer service orientation
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and presence
Ability to work within a team environment
Strong work ethic
PC knowledge (Word, Excel etc.)
