I have been trying to purchase a home but the down payment and closing cost are preventing me. My husband and I have great credit and work history, and referral's but need a large sum of cash if we were to buy a home . I was already pre-certified by a bank broker for a large amount but the fact still remains I need a large down payment. The month to month payment is not a problem . So if u r in a bind there is something that can be worked out legally (I work with attorneys who handle Real Estate) so I checked it out thoroughly.  Maybe we can help each other. It seems my only hope of owning my home is this. All I want is to mow the lawn, have a barbecue with my family  and finally to have my children make all the noise they want, without worrying about who is downstairs or upstairs. We are honest, good natured,  just an  average American family who needs a chance.
