BASIC FUNCTION:
FT 40 Hours Weekly
Homeless Shelter Sites located in the NYC Boroughs
Brief Description:
Perform general building maintenance.
Perform janitorial tasks to include sanitizing all public and private areas.
Perform all recycling duties.
Prepare all units upon vacancy.
Ensure proper disposal of debris.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
Experience in building maintenance with some knowledge of one or more of the following: general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling and woodworking.
Driver's license required.
