Requirements:
*Electrical engineering undergraduate(4 year) or graduate degree
*Self-motivation and ability to self-manage projects to completion
*Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
*Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Knowledge of AutoCAD and PowerPoint a plus
*Ability to learn, process and apply technical information
*Willingness to travel (within and outside of the U.S.)
*Able to read, write (technical), speak Spanish proficiently a plus
Job Description:
We are currently building a technical team to support our technology in the field. We are looking for bright, hands-on electrical engineers who are eager to learn about our metering technology and eager to better our customer support. Our goal is to grow sales through "best in class" customer support. Our customers are property management executives and agents, property developers, electrical contractors, distributors of electrical equipment and utility companies.
*Technical Support - Over the course of time, you will become an expert with the Quadlogic metering equipment and will be prepared to handle customer technical needs such as remote (phone and e-mail) and on-site installation support, software troubleshooting, certification procedures and meter communication processes, Training will include on-site mentoring with Quadlogic Field Service Technicians and Sales Representatives.
*Project Management - Manage all aspects of metering systems installation from the point of sale, through complete system certification. Projects are commercial and multifamily apartment buildings across the USA, Canada, Mexico and various countries in South America. Provide sales ordering support, work with Production Director to develop delivery timeline, handle project tracking, and manage overall follow up and communication with customer and internal departments.
*Technical Documentation - Develop and update technical documentation (meter manuals, AutoCAD drawings, etc.)
