This room is available for short-term rent only (depending on availability) because it also doubles as a guest room for family or friends in our 3 bedroom, 2 story apartment. So close to PS1 you'll want to go to Warm-Up every week. Restaurants, cafes, bodegas, and the waterfront piers all within walking distance -- great views of Manhattan skyline.
