I am subletting my bedroom in a two bedroom apartment from June 6
until August 31. If the dates need to change a bit, I am totally open
to that.
The apartment is fully furnished with a big flat screen TV. My bedroom
will also have a 19 inch flat screen TV, along with a full size bed,
desk, 2 bookcases and a big closet. Laundry is in the building.
The apartment is only 5 minutes to the subway. The commute is easy. It
only takes at most 20 minutes to get to Manhattan on the N or W.
ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED.
My roommate works in the evening, so you will have the apartment to
yourself during the week. My roommate is really laid back and easy to
get along with.
The apartment is in a great neighborhood. Everything you could need is
within a 5 minute walk. There are really good restaurants, bars, wine
bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, a nice gym and drop off laundry
services.
