Looking to sublet my beautiful spacious room inside a 3 Bedroom Astoria Apartment to a clean and conscientious roommate (female or gale-male preferred). Neighborhood is quiet and the apartment sits beside the sculpture park. It is located off of the N train in Queens and is about a 15 min. walk from the subway, but the Q104 bus conveniently runs every 10 minutes. Room includes full size bed, dresser, night stand, and private closet. Large bathroom shared. Other 2 roommates are friendly artists that keep restaurant hours. I would need to introduce you to the other roommates. The apartment will be available from May 29th through July 31.
