The apartment is a 4-bedroom on 30th av and 36th street in Astoria. It's about 1000 square feet, and my bedroom is about 10x16 (large!). Living in the apartment for the month of June will be two other subletters and a 25 year old guy who works in TV Production. he's been living here for two years. He's super nice and super laid back - you'll get along great. At the moment i can't vouch for the other two subletters because i haven't met them, but i'm sure they'll be cool.
Our apartment (which is huge) is 5 short blocks from the N train, 3 blocks from a very large supermarket, a large fruit and veggie stand and a rite-aid. There are lots and lots of restaurants and bars in the area (this is astoria, after all) and we're only 3 blocks from Steinway Street, where you'll find just about anything you would need. also, we have a large roof with an amazing view of the nyc skyline.
