Hi i am moving before my roommate does and need to sublet my room. Its a 2 bedroom 1st floor of a 2 family house. It is a rather large apartment and the bedroom is of good size. It can fit a full size bed and dresser also has a closet with a ton of storage. The apartment has a full kitchen, living and dining room with a full bathroom. Windows in every room and ceiling fans as well. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the M and the L trains, about a 10 min walk either one. The bedroom to rent will not have any furniture but the rest of the apartment has everything, so basically all you will need is a bed. Also my roommate has a dog, so you must be ok with dogs.
