$300 / 1br - Temporary Sublet - May 29th to June 4th (Astoria)
I will be out of town from May 29th to June 4th, and I am looking for
someone to stay in my room during that time. It is $300 for the whole
period (6 nights).
The room is for only one person.
There is a loft bed, full size, and a large desk. There is wireless
internet. The room is quite large and pretty, and there is a view of
Manhattan from the window. The apartment is located between two stops
on the N/W line: 36th Av. and Broadway. It takes 10 minutes to get to
midtown. So, this is ideal if you're visiting the city for a week and
don't want to pay a hotel price!
The room is in a 2-bedroom apartment. The occupant of the other room
will likely be here, but he is usually busy and won't get in your way.
We also have a large living room with TV that you can use (but we don't
have cable), and a full kitchen. There is also a computer in the
living room in case you're not bringing your laptop but want to check
email.
This is my bedroom so please understand that I want to know who you
