I am looking for one or two females ONLY to sublease my big master room from May 22nd to Aug 25th.
Again, females ONLY!
This apartment building is located conveniently between two subway stations with about equally walking distance of 5~8 minutes and around 25~30 minutes to the midtown by express trains. Two major shopping malls in Queens are only 4 ~ 5 blocks away. Chinese supermarket is right outside the subway station. Even if shopping is so convenient, the location is in a quite neighborhood so you wonĄŻt be disturbed by the noisy traffic or crowds.
The big master room is about 9*13 and has its OWN bathroom. There is a walk-in closet but will be locked and used to store my personal items. This room has a nice size window and overlooks the backyard with trees standing right outside. Sun light is sufficient but never over bright. The flooring of the room is the lovely hard wood floor. A huge desk, one clothing dresser, one 4-shelf cabinet, two TV stands, one 5-shelf bookcase, a laundry basket, a very comfortable chair, a full-size bed, a fan, and an air conditioner will be provided to you. You will be sharing the kitchen with my two other female roommates. They are a student and a working professional, and they are quite at home and clean.
The rent is $745 per month for one person / $790 per month for two persons including all the utilities (The use of the air conditioner is included as well as wireless internet) for the whole period (May 22nd to Aug 25th). If the period is shorter, the rent will be different and we can discuss it. You will have to sign a sublease agreement and there will be a required safe deposit which will be returned to you.
