The Workforce1 Transportation Career Center is recruiting Security Guards for Global for assignments at JFK Airport
Requirements:
Valid State issued ID card or Driver’s License
Must be a resident of the five boroughs
Current 8 Hour Security Certificate.
You must be over 18 years of age and be legally eligible to work in the United States
All applicants will be expected to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
Good reading and writing skills
HS Diploma / GED required
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates will be responsible for inspection of Cargo equipment;
Providing security on perimeter of Aircraft while on ramp;
Use of X-ray machines; preparing required reports, forms and records;
Protect building perimeter;
Screen and/or log persons and or vehicles seeking access to restricted areas;
Plus all related duties.
