LOST & NOW FOUND! (Glen Oaks/Queens)

I just wanted everyone to know that I just brought Mehkei home today and your prayers for his recovery were answered. Thank you! He is home and safe and it was a fluke! It was his picture in the Daily News and his name should now be lucky as I heard he stopped traffic on the Cross Island Parkway the night he went missing on 4/16 and ran under a car and a guy driving went and got him and the story goes on. It is a miracle how I got him back.
I also want everyone to know that those great guys from RescueInk also helped me out and went with me to pick him up. What a great group of guys who recover lost, stolen and abused pets. They are phenomenal. Mehkei actually ended up with a family in Franklin Square L.I. They had no intention of returning him, took him for shots, and renamed him Shea. One of their friends saw his picture in the Daily News and called the family who had him, and she called me.
Of course she did not have too, and actually considered not calling, but thank God she did!
I can not thank Rescue Ink enough for their support! This is the best mother's day ever!
