Small, architecture firm seeks architects with experiencein Hotel/Motel Design & Documentation. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to produce a complete set of construction documents plus working Knowledge of NYC Zoning and the new Building Code. The individual shall work well with clients & consultants and is prepared to take ownership of the projects. This is a temp. position (with a possibility for permenance), for a period of 6 months.
