The call center specialist’s role is to set up appointments with select clients who have expressed interest in our services. Communicate in a professional manner, following caller script which provides specific guidance on call handling techniques. Duties/Responsibilities:  <br>

Under the direction and leadership of the Production Supervisor:  <br>

• Follow established center procedures for speed dialing  <br>
• Schedule appointments consistent with production supervisor guidance to ensure daily appointment quotas are achieved.  <br>
• Contact customers using lead cards provided.  <br>
• Be tactful and respectful in all customer communications  <br>
• Represent company interests accurately and honestly  <br>
• Accurately complete / update lead cards with disposition of call as appropriate  <br>
• Achieve department daily and weekly goals of 60% scheduled appointments per hour which translates to an equitable show rating  <br>
• Comply with assigned schedule for call handling and breaks  <br>
• Recognize own performance issues and work with quality coordinator for training assistance as necessary  <br>

Skill Requirements/Specifications:  <br>

Requires strong communications, relationship and people skills. Experienced in telemarketing techniques, and using automated dialers. Excellent listening skills required. Ability to discern and dissuade/squelch customer issues. Demonstrate assertiveness in managing calendar schedules while being responsive to customer needs. Ability to remain seated for extended periods. Available for on-call work occasionally, as needed.  <br>

Interest in documentary films a big plus.  Drivers license also important.  We are an all Apple environment, so please know QuickBook for the Mac.  Must love dogs.<br>
