We are an internet company looking for a detail-oriented and exceptionally creative article writer/blogger to support the marketing functions of our popular websites. The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for researching and writing two (2) feature articles per week about a variety of web-centric topics such as bargain hunting on the internet, internet shopping tips, saving money, personal finance, etc.
Articles should be no more than 200 - 250 words and payment will be between $15 and $20 per article. All writers will be considered contract employees and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
Requirements
• College graduate preferred
• Proven history of solid writing experience (writing samples, references, etc.)
• Must be deadline oriented
• Must be accustomed to coming up with own story ideas and sources
• Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude
