RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Improve level of depth and detail departmental process documentation for core processes and sub-processes.
ü Produce finished process documentation, summaries, and presentations for consumption by internal team, auditors, and regulators.
ü Review current process descriptions, works flows, and presentation to capture detailed process information and augment with interviews with team members to filling in missing steps and key artifacts
ü Lead documentation projects or work as sole writer, depending on project needs.
ü Research content by interviewing subject matter experts and working directly with the process owners.
ü Coordinate documentation reviews and incorporate input.
ü Adhere to group standards for style, tools, and template use.
Requirements:
ü 3-5 years of experience with development of IT or IS process documentation.
ü Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, and/or ISO 27000 series standards
ü Familiarity with financial services regulations a plus
ü Experience in utilizing Adobe Acrobat, MS Word and PowerPoint
ü Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering team.
ü Strong project management skills.
