• The VP of Interactive Services has a fundamental role in ensuring our historical commitment to delivering every project on time, in-budget and maintaining gross margin targets and profitability.
• The ability to parallel track up to 50+ clients and 101 + projects within a fiscal year.
• The ability to create a seamless communication environment between Finance, Account Services, Creative Services and Interactive Services.
• An intrinsic understanding of the wholesale sporting goods client model, resort client model, the movie studio client model and the trade show | trade association model.
• A total understanding of new media and traditional media products, services, pricing and production timelines.
Qualifications /
• Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
• 10+years experience in an interactive agency or similar, with 4+ years in a management capacity.
• Technical experience in a development role preferred, not required.
• Degree in computer science, business management or related field
• Unbelievable strategic problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with clients to determine strategic business needs.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architecture.
• Proven ability to influence a team in a matrix environment.
• Ultimate understanding of web technology.
