Traditional Ad Agency Looking To Partner, Purchase or Merge With a Small Online Ad Agency with In-house SEO, SEM, Web Design / Programming Capabilities

We Are
• A full service advertising and marketing agency in NYC with very strong traditional account, creative and media, as well as, online display media capabilities.
• We have long term client relationships, based upon great service and creative that works, with some clients having the ability to be expanded if we had broader online capabilities.
• We have available space and strong overhead / business management and creative capabilities to allow the right online agency with ongoing revenue to maximize return and growth potential.
You Are
• An online agency with expertise and active clients / ongoing revenues in SEO, SEM and Web design, particularly programming / ecommerce, looking to maximize profits by cutting overhead and partnering with a larger agency for collective growth and profit sharing.
• You have roughly 10 people or less, generate several hundred thousand dollars in pre-tax profit and the capability to move in the near future and work out of our office space (a requirement).
• Ideally your clients could also be expanded with our incremental traditional ad / marketing / creative expertise.
Interested agencies please send rough description of agency background and focus, number of FT on-payroll and on-premise employees, their backgrounds and area of expertise, client roster or at least categories and explanation of your relationship - duration, AOR or project based etc, status of space lease, website and general range of revenue / gross profit would be helpful.
